recipe spiced fish in banana leaf
Ingredient
100 gram snapper dice
1 tb spoon Balinese spices
2 pcs kefir lime leave sliced
1 tb soon chopped lemongrass
2 tb spoon julienne tomato
3 slices grilled zucchini
3 slices grilled eggplant

Method
- In a bowl, put snapper dice, kefir lime leave, jardinière tomato, chopped lemongrass, Balinese spices, also salt & pepper
- Mix that ingredient until well combine
- Take banana leaf square cut 20 and 15 cm
- Soaked in hot water / steamed banana leaf until easy to turn
- Put double banana leaf on cutting board
- Put snapper mixture on banana leaf, and rolled slowly
