recipe spiced fish in banana leaf
Ingredient
  100 gram                   snapper dice
    1    tb spoon            Balinese spices
    2    pcs                     kefir lime leave sliced
   1     tb soon              chopped lemongrass
    2    tb spoon            julienne tomato               
    3    slices                 grilled zucchini              
    3    slices                 grilled eggplant
                                    Banana leaf
                                    Salt & pepper

Method

  1. In a bowl, put snapper dice, kefir lime leave, jardinière tomato, chopped lemongrass, Balinese spices, also salt & pepper
  2. Mix that ingredient until well combine
  3. Take banana leaf square cut 20 and 15 cm
  4. Soaked in hot water / steamed banana leaf until easy to turn
  5. Put double banana leaf on cutting board
  6. Put snapper mixture on banana leaf, and rolled slowly
  7. When we roll the banana leaf, do pressing and tighten
  8. Every end of banana leaf tighten with toot pick
  9. Grilled the pepes and turn every 4 minute until done about 12 minute
  10. marinated zucchini and eggplant with salt, pepper and Balinese spices
  11. grilled that vegetables until medium
  12. pepes ready to served with rice
